Hyvä · 1 011 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall mixed experience: many commend the location and staff, and amenities like the pool; recurring issues with cleanliness, room comfort (hard beds) and occasional service lapses temper otherwise positive aspects.
Siisteys5,8
Mixed but leaning negative: multiple guests reported dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, missing toiletries/towels and drainage issues in the shower; a few reviews explicitly note clean rooms, so cleanliness is inconsistent.Palvelu8,4
Generally positive: many guests praise friendly, helpful reception staff (prepared breakfast bags for excursions, pleasant check-in). Some isolated reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and slow provision of essentials reduce this slightly.Sijainti7,6
Mostly positive: several guests highlight a good/quiet location and proximity to Sukhumvit; a number mention the site is somewhat isolated with limited nearby shops or services for walking.Huone6,2
Below average: repeated complaints about very hard mattresses, small/dark rooms with few or no windows, booking changes (kitchen replaced by standard room), lack of hot water or poor shower drainage; some guests found rooms comfortable and well-sized.Mukavuudet7,6
Mixed but generally positive: rooftop pool, sauna and gym receive praise from several guests, though others described the pool/fitness area as old or unclean and noted missing pool towels or limited pool supplies.Hinta-laatusuhde7,2
Standard quality for this hotel tier.Ruoka ja juoma7,0
Mixed: some guests liked the provided (American-style) breakfast and found it good; others disliked that breakfast is delivered to the room with limited selection and missed having a breakfast room/choice.
