At night there isn't enough staff because sometimes the other guests can be very loud and run in the hallways
Mosquitoes in lobby sitting area
Rooms need better lighten like in the pic on the Expedia app
The car lights from the parking lot next to the hotel shined in our room window a few times. Also, our first room had a door that gave us so much trouble to open. We called the front desk about it and a house keeper also had trouble opening the door.

Close to BTS, good area. Everything one would expect in a hotel -- nothing too fancy, but very solid.
Excuse my random mess of a review. I ended up staying for one night instead of the week that I had previously booked. The images of the room look better than the room itself probably because of the lighting. The room has a lot of space but if you’re traveling with kids, it’s not kid friendly. The bed is not comfortable and the room is not as pretty as the lobby. The bath tub has a lot of cracks and there’s a small step into the bathroom that you can easily kick on the way out. The soaps and stuff they provide are very small. They seem like refillable tiny bottles. The locks to the room don’t feel like they’re enough.
El desayuno es muy completo. El personal es atento. Todo limpio.
