The staff were not friendly at all. My bathroom didn’t have shampoo in it. It was empty and they gave me attitude when I asked for more. The hotel room smells, and I ended up getting an allergic reaction because there was a lot of dust in the hotel room, it wasn’t properly cleaned. I told them that and all they gave me was an air freshener. I tried to message them on Booking.com, but they failed to respond to me. The lack of response and the constant allergic reaction reactions led me to checking out early. I’m still waiting for my refund.
SeanMatkusti yksin · Sep 1Problem with the toilet plumbing, I had to change room. Bathrooms not very clean and toilet oddly on raised platform.
ShelleyMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 30Location! Right on top of place to be - great a/c and comfortable rooms - free pool table - amazing planting
Pool shut most of the time we were there - we specifically went to that hotel for the pool - huge cockroach in bathroom - staff kind of dismissive / very strict on check in times

Staff désintéressé par la clientèle. Aucun contact. Aucun sourire.
Freya RosaliaMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 9It depends on your travel style but honestly this place was great value for money. It's a little rundown so don't expect any glamour, but the pool, working air con, hot water and good coffee on site suited our family perfectly. The location is ideal for accessing old town and the night markets easily. We'd stay again.
The bathrooms could do with a deep clean but again, you get what you pay for.
