Disappointed with the recent stay as they let external who come into the restaurant uses the pool. They were eating and washing stuff in the pool which was so disgusting and the staff were just standing there and scared to said something. Untill my mother had enough with one of the kid trying to throw water at her. And she had to tell the staff to tell them to stop. We paid quite high for this place and expected staff to be more trained and professional.

ห้องอาหารเย็น บริการไม่ทันเพราะคนเยอะ มีแต่แชมพูสระผม ไม่มีครีมนวดผม มีก่อสร้างด้านหน้าโรงแรม กลางวันจะเสียงดังหนวกหู

ห้องที่ให้มาตอนแรกมีกลิ่นห้องน้ำแรงมาก น่าจะมีปัญหาจากระบบท่อ เพราะเป็นห้องที่อยู่ในสุด เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหญ่ขึ้นแต่เจอห้องที่ไม่มีฝักบัว แต่แจ้งช่างมาใส่เพิ่มให้ไม่มีปัญหา แต่น้ำในห้องน้ำเป็นสีเหลืองไม่สะอาดมาก ห้องอาจจะไม่ได้ใช้มานาน สุดท้ายทีวีในห้องก็เสียมีแต่เสียงไม่มีภาพ ส่วนห้องอาหารมื้อเย็น การจัดการแย่มากไม่ทำตามคิว เข้าใจว่าลูกค้าเต็มเพราะมีงานวิ่ง แต่ก็จัดการได้ไม่ดีเลย

พอดีเลือกห้องพัก deluxe แบบที่เห็นตึกด้านข้างกำลังก่อสร้าง มันใกล้มากจนมองตากันได้เลยค่ะ ในอนาคตถ้าสร้างเสร็จคงไม่ค่อยส่วนตัวเท้าไร เลือกพักด้านที่เห็นต้นไม้ดีกว่าค่ะ ชายหาดไม่สะอาดขยะเยอะ ทรายเดินแล้วจะยวบๆ ไม่ค่อยแน่นค่ะ
