Great practical location, cheap, interesting decor in the corridors, great bathrooms, very accommodating ladies / staff. Night bazaar just in the streets behind, lots of restaurants / cafes /massage nearby.

Room size is quite small & no space to put things

It’s in a great location and it’s all ground floor

I highly urge you book one night and see if you can tolerate it first. I can’t say much more else due to the laws here. Go see it for yourself.

コンパクトな部屋ですが、ナイトマーケットのアクセスが最高で、荷物を置いてシャワー浴びて街へ繰り出し、寝るだけなら本当に十分すぎる。

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it remains my go-to place whenever I return to Chiang Mai. Every visit has been consistently excellent. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, which I truly appreciate. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. Their warmth and genuine care make every stay feel even more enjoyable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back. A big thank you to the entire team! :)
