Meine Bettwäsche war nicht sauber ! Sie sah gelblich aus und die Kissen hatten unter dem Bezug große gelbe Schweißstellen!! Ich habe mich nicht wirklich gut in dem Bett gefühlt! Das Personal ist nett ! Die Unterkunft ok !
My place of choice when staying in Phuket town
Can be nosy at times. Also smell of cigarette smoke, no black out curtains and people live here full time.

The Topaz Residence was very good overall. It's a modern property that's located in a residential area which was very quiet and about a 15 minute walk to the Old town area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Topaz Residence.
The room was big and there’s aircon , Everyday they will change new towel and replenish water and also clean
清潔でした。シャワーの排水が詰まっているのが気になりましたが、それ以外は快適でした。フロントの親切な対応も好感が持てました。
I'm def pleased with the nice staff and cleanliness of the room. The beds were ok, but not extreamly bad. My Expedia points paid for the place. I was super excited. FYI If you want take out its only pizza and McDonalds. I explored the area and found a delicious spot to eat. It was a 15 min walk.
