Hotellin vieraiden arviot

8,1Erittäin hyvä · 380 arvostelun perusteella

Tekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall sentiment is positive with many guests saying they'd return and citing good service/cleanliness, though noise, location and some service/room issues temper the experience.

Siisteys9,9
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ('everything was v clean', 'place clean'), though some mention aging rooms; overall cleanliness is consistently positive.
Palvelu7,9
Many guests describe staff as friendly and helpful, but there are repeated notes of unwelcoming behavior, language barriers and unexpected deposit requests that lower the service perception.
Sijainti6,5
Mixed sentiment: praised for proximity to the French school, shops and a food hall, but several guests complained it is far from malls, train stations and the city center.
Huone6,3
Several complaints about uncomfortable beds and pillows, aging rooms, basic bathrooms, shower/evacuation and toilet flush issues — room quality is below average.
Mukavuudet7,5
Amenities like a pool and spacious lobby are appreciated, but guests note a slow elevator, limited sunbeds, no Foxtel/smart TV issues and generally basic offerings.
Hinta-laatusuhde9,9
Frequently described as very affordable and good value ('for the money'), especially popular with students and budget-minded travelers.
Ruoka ja juoma7,5
Breakfast reviews are mixed — some guests praise a good variety, others find options limited or poor; requests for more pastries and European options are noted.

Room is too crampy and stuffy, no windows.

Hotel was clean, and polite staff. Housekeeping did their job on time. Timely cleaning and maintenance. Also the welcome drink was nice, we usually booked uber and sat down to sip that. Appreciated that

The hotel was fine, and the staffs were polite but small rooms with no windows or ventilation.

Not worth for the money.

The location was nice.

When I checked in there was last guests trash in the bin. The bathroom amenities were used, bed was not made, and last guests drinks were in the mini bar.

Overall I had a very nice stay at the Jazzotel. I also really enjoyed working out at the nice gym!

The breakfast was really good. It had a big variety of food, such as stir fried vegetables, noodles, rice, toast, eggs and nice watermelon. The location was very convenient and not touristy. It was next to a nice outdoor mall with a variety of restaurants. Also, it had a very nice gym, better than most hotel gyms.

I could hear traffic noise, so I used ear plugs and my white noise phone app, as I can be a light sleeper.
