Lovely lovely really great little Lanna style hotel with little bungalow style rooms around a pool , the decor was beautiful and breakfast decent

This is only conjecture but I think it would seem crowded in busy periods , we came out of season so it was wonderful

The room was beautiful with the decor of a village. Both the room and bathroom (and shower) were spacious. The lovely lady at the check in is amazing. She is so helpful and friendly; a wonderful host! We appreciated the help with our luggage from the young man. I loved the 3 sizes of soft towels. De bed had 2 kinds of pillows. The mattress was very good. The room had a complementary water and a little snack. The pool was great too. There are pool towels. Absolutely loved the kitties Panda and Tiger 🐱 If you are doubting about this accommodation, don't be and you will be positively surprised! They went above my expectations ❤️

We had a few mosquitos in our room while we didn't have the door open for a long time, but luckily they have mosquito repellent. For breakfast there are limited options. There are no convenience stores, shops or cafes nearby.

Well situated, half way from airport and city center. A heaven of peace, charming place, very nice pool, super clean room, awesome breakfast & super nice staff!

I would have given 10/10 without water leak from the ceiling of the toilette.

The hotel is quite old, it is really beautiful! The gardens are amazing and the pool is really nice not to mention the staff.

First things first, I do understand why this hotel has gotten so many positive reviews and I need to preface saying that we were very unlucky. Having said that, it was a total disaster. We booked for a total of six nights, the first night we noticed that our air-conditioner was extremely noisy, so the day after we told reception and they said that they would call someone to fix it. The same day they told us that the engineer was only able to come the day after, so we stayed patient and for another night we slept with the extremely annoying noise, but didn’t say anything. Finally, on the third day, they “fixed” it. However, when we arrived to the hotel in the evening, it was far from fixed. The receptionist (who noticed as well the extremely annoying noise) told us that he had one room available with single beds which obviously we took since it was impossible to sleep basically. Now, even though we were grateful that for that night they changed the room, we really did not want to sleep in single beds since we are on our honeymoon (but this is just something small). The day after, once again they came to “fix” the air conditioner in our old room, only to make it even worse. At this point, the receptionist changed us room so in a total of four nights, we had to change room three times. Having had enough of all of this, we told the receptionist (who all this time was extremely kind) that we expected some sort of compensation (at least one night free). She came back to us saying that the best that they could do was only giving us a free ride to the airport, which is literally five minutes away and about a 3€-4€ drive. After insisting that this was really not okay, she came back to us saying that the best that she could do was giving us back 50% of one night. Now, I understand that everybody needs to earn in this world. However, I really do not think that we were treated fairly, it kind of tainted our stay there.

La particolarità dell’atmosfera che si respira !

Alles - ausnahmslos alles. Das Village ist wunderschön, sowohl die Anlage mit Pool, die Villa im Inneren und der Frühstücksbereich im separaten Gebäude. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich herzlich und aufmerksam. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück, vor allem das frisch zubereitete Müsli. Außergewöhnlich ruhig, kein Klimagedröhne, keine Außengeräusche. Ein Ort der in Erinnerung bleibt. Der Wäscheservice ist zu empfehlen. Mit Grab in die Stadt für ca. 80 Baht.

Eine zweite Bettdecke ( Inlay - sauber? ) haben wir auf Wunsch erhalten, den dazugehörigen Bettbezug aber nicht. Diesen hätten wir nur bekommen, wenn wir ein zweites Bett (Kinderbett) für viel Geld hinzugebucht hätten. Das war kleinlich.

Cadre très séduisant avec la piscine entourée d'arbres, les constructions en bois, le calme alentour, l'accueil courtois sans emphase déplacée comme j'ai pu le trouver ailleurs, en un mot, le meilleur hôtel de Chiang Mai sur les 4 ou j'ai logé. Le personnel m'a aidé à organiser un tour sur mesure, le personnel qui s'occupe des chambres et du petit déjeuner est aussi très agréable. La literie offre un bon maintien sans être dure, ma chambre était spacieuse, propre et tout est en très bon état. Petites rues calmes autour de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner offre l'embarras du choix et de très bo'nne qualité.

L'insonorisation entre chambres nest pas parfaite mais tous les occupants étaient calmes et plus de bruit après 22h et peu avant. Je conseille de prendre le taxi pour étendre le choix de bons restaurants.

Curat, atentie la detalii, personal prezent, vibe de vacanta tropicala, mic dejun super.

Tantari, dar nu ai ce face. Iti asumi daca vrei natura la geam. Paturi cam inconfortabile.
