WORTH THE MONEY!

Spacious room, has massage and gym benefits

Got a late check in at 3pm for one superior bed room while we have to wait another 20 mins for the other family suite room. We arrived at the hotel in the morning so we didn’t want to wait longer to check in (when the hotel clearly stated that the official check in was supposed to be at 2pm). Complained to the staff about the longer wait so he gave us free breakfast for every morning throughout our 5 day stay as a compensation.

Excellent séjour.

Emplacement parfait juste à côté d'une station BTS. Personnel vraiment très gentil. Petit déjeuner très bon. Chambre très bien.

Incommentabile ….pessimo

NIENTE!!Ho prenotato le ultime 2 notti in questa struttura leggendo le varie recensioni positive e francamente non capisco cosa sia piaciuto…ho pagato una superior e mi è stata data una stanza che non era quella delle foto di Booking sono andata alla reception e mi hanno detto che non mi avrebbero potuto cambiare fino al giorno successivo dopo le 10e con la mia presenza.. ho detto che a me semplicemente andava bene la stanza pubblicata sul sito ma niente i messaggi con la struttura sono visibili da Booking sulla messaggistica dedicata”ovviamente cambiare sarebbe stato perdere tutta la mattinata….trulySorry for your inconvenience e’ stata la continua risposta ovviamente una presa in giro

Per lo standard Thailandese questo albergo non è assolutamente all’altezza ma molto Probabilmente le stanze vendute su Booking sono diverse da quelle vendute su altri siti ho delle foto anche della porta che era vecchia e stretta rispetto a quelle “nuove”
