MichaelMatkusti parina · Oct 13Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist gut, da eine schnelle Anbindung an die Metro besteht. Ein absolutes Plus ist die Tiefgarage, falls man so etwas benötigt.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist eher wie eine Jugendherberge, und deshalb zu teuer. Etwas verwohnt, aber okay. Das Bad war ziemlich abgenutzt. Das Personal war aber bemüht alles sauber zu halten. Das Frühstück war soweit okay, aber eben nicht besonders. Bei der Buchung über Booking.com gab es einen Systemfehler, den das Personal vor Ort nicht lösen konnte / durfte. So gesehen kein guter Service.

Expensive and not worth the money we spent for room and amenities when compared to the nearby others , for carrying the luggage’s nobody was there , when approached to the reception they said you have to shift your luggage ,that’s terrible

D.i.r.k.Matkusti yksin · Oct 8Super sauber und alles sehr ordentlich mit kostenlosem Parken draußen oder direkt in der Garage; es ist kein Luxus, aber absolut ausreichend und perfekt, um Bangkok zu erleben und zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer in der 7. Etage war absolut ruhig, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ansprechend ausgestattet: Bügel zum Aufhängen, Eine Sitzbank mit kleinem Tisch, Wasserkocher, Tee+Kaffee+Milchpulver, im Bad Fön, Shampoo und Duschgel, Klimaanlage, mein Zimmer lag ruhig
Es war recht hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln - nur an oder aus.
