The fairly perfunctory check in, no concierge. Pedestrian access to the hotel was not great with no clear entry from the roadway. Shower pressure very low, shower controls very confusing. Hard to understand the facilities and the prices of dining, etc. Ended up walking to find local food and coffee.

My welcoming from Novotel staff members were wonderful, very helpful and understanding, as I arrived a bit early than my checking in time and they were able to check me in early. Can’t thank them enough
