Ko Chang, ThaimaaHotellin vieraiden arviot
Poikkeuksellinen · 762 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoMany reviewers described stays as excellent or perfect and would return; positive service, location and amenities outweighed the relatively minor issues noted.
Siisteys9,6
Generally praised in multiple reviews: 'ruime schone kamers' and 'rent och fint på stranden' indicate rooms and beach were kept very clean.Palvelu9,8
Consistently excellent: numerous comments about very helpful, friendly and attentive staff (night staff Jessica highlighted, reception/restaurant/spa praised), quick car/shuttle service.Sijainti9,8
Highly rated for dramatic sea, island and rainforest views (bay Kae, Koh Chang); beachfront and lush vegetation repeatedly praised, though slightly out of town so taxi/shuttle needed.Huone8,6
Mixed feedback: some rooms are comfortable and offer great sea views, but hill-side rooms reported as dated, mattresses described as very hard, and some balconies have obstructive metal guardrails and low/uncomfortable chairs.Mukavuudet9,2
Strong amenities overall — pools, beach access, spa, mini-golf and onsite transport noted — but some operational issues (cable car/elevator not working) and a few vehicles with exhaust smells.Hinta-laatusuhde8,9
High-quality experience overall, but higher restaurant prices and occasional transport inconveniences reduce perceived value for some guests.Ruoka ja juoma9,5
Breakfast buffet and restaurant food received very positive comments ('frukosten ... utsökt', 'restaurant was excellent'), though some noted prices are high.

レストランが少ない。
CarstenMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 12We liked it. Yet it needs some upgrading / renovation. For instance, the bath hasn’t been renovated / taken care of in a long while. Proximity to the neighboring island is very convenient such as the complementary rental of Kayaks or SUP. Sushi was nice.
Some things such as bathroom needs to renovation. Quality of restaurant was ok, yet not great.

房间设施太差，空调声音很大！地面瓷砖看着廉价，浴缸老旧，淋浴不太好用！
