Erittäin hyvä · 1 039 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall experience trends very positive across reviews: many 'excellent', 'blissful' and 'exceptional service' comments, with only a few operational or value-related negatives that do not dominate the overall sentiment.
Siisteys9,4
Multiple reviews explicitly praise the hotel as very clean and modern; guests repeatedly note outstanding cleanliness of rooms and public areas.Palvelu9,6
Service is a standout: reviewers repeatedly mention very professional, friendly and helpful staff (including security and kitchen), with several comments calling service exceptional.Sijainti9,0
Many guests cite a good location (close to mall, centre and walking distance to amenities); a few note negatives (beach requires crossing a busy highway, one review mentions pool view onto a car park).Huone9,0
Rooms are frequently described as modern, spacious and comfortable; some isolated issues reported (mattress comfort declined for one guest, occasional missing remote), but overall positive room quality.Mukavuudet9,0
Amenities receive strong praise (notably the large rooftop pool and good breakfast buffet in several reviews); minor equipment issues reported (treadmill control problem).Hinta-laatusuhde7,6
Mixed signals on value: some find the stay good for location and quality, while multiple complaints mention expensive breakfast/buffet prices and an unexpected 5000 baht deposit, lowering perceived value.Ruoka ja juoma8,2
Food quality is generally positive (several compliments, Thai food rated highly), but breakfast receives mixed feedback — some call it very good/large while others find it limited or overpriced; pastry quality noted as improvable.
