AmrMatkusti yksin · Feb 28Dear Hostel 24 Team, I hope you are well. I had a reservation at your property from February 15 to February 28. After completing my booking, I came across several recent reviews that made me concerned about whether the property would meet my expectations. As a result, I decided to arrange alternative accommodation and did not check in to my reservation. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I understand the booking conditions; however, I kindly ask if you would consider a refund or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, since the room was not used at all. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope we may have the opportunity to stay with you in the future. Kind regards, Amr Ahmed Mohamed Amin

AjayMatkusti yksin · Aug 1there were bed bugs, they gave my place to another person! no coordination b/w faculty
IliyaMatkusti yksin · Jul 27Friendly staff. I asked for a curtain and was given one right away. You can use the fridge. Staying in the common areas is no problem. There are many markets and a few malls in 5-10minutes walking distance. Staying for 2 days was very okay considering the price.
The cabinets have no padlocks, you should bring your own one if you would like to keep your baggage secured. The shower on the second floor doesn't have a lock, I felt a bit uncomfortable. There is no toilet paper available. The women's rest room lacks a trashcan.

Reservation information says on offering breakfast. In fact no breakfast. Bunk bed height was not much space to sit in bed for internet serving, no bed and room lights. Aircon is OK, though. Male bathroom is dirty, under repair construction, no hot water but a fake electric hot water heater..not functional.
