HasanMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 7Honestly, there is not a single positive thing I can mention about this stay. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel, and I would strongly advise other guests to consider alternative properties in the area.
We booked two rooms, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We had to change rooms three times, and for one night we were moved to another building. One of the rooms was adjacent to a shared room and had a very strong, unpleasant smell, including cigarette smoke. The rooms themselves were also smelly, and the beds were far from comfortable. The breakfast experience was probably one of the worst I have experienced in Bangkok/Thailand. The staff were unable to properly identify which rooms had breakfast included and which did not, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Unfortunately, the staff's overall behavior and professionalism were also disappointing. What should have been a comfortable and enjoyable stay turned into a stressful experience, with repeated room changes and considerable inconvenience for our family. Based on this experience, we would definitely not stay here again or recommend this property to other guests. If you are planning a stay in Bangkok, I strongly recommend looking at the many other options available nearby before choosing this hotel.

SalehMatkusti parina · Aug 31الفندق نظيف وهادي والغرف واسعة وطاقم العمل بشوش وخدوم الموقع جدا ممتاز بعيد عن الضجيج وقريب من شارع العرب تقريبا مشي خمس دقائق، وقريب منه المحلات، سأكرر الإقامة مرة أخرى ان شاء الله ، وأنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.
