Alexander (Erzsébet)Matkusti ryhmässä · Oct 16The hotel overall is beautiful, the staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is great, especially the omelette / egg making station, and the daytime food served at the same restaurant is also delicious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained.
In all rooms, there is a small step down to the bathroom, about 5 cm / 2-3 inches. For me, it was more of a small annoyance that I kept stubbing my toe, but for a disabled person or an elderly person, it might be an actual problem. Not exactly a dislike, but the location is a mixed bag, depending on your preferences and what you want to do. It is close to some gorgeous temples, and the river, and a market, but it is very far from downtown and some of the more touristy areas that are "must see" in Bangkok.

The staff is not very interested. Not rude at all... but screwed on those mobile phones. Staff at petrol stations and McDonald's seem more motivated. Returning guest because of the property and the concept, but this might have been the last time.

Staff didn’t reply to my request on the booking at all. The didn’t really communicate with us at all during our staff.
SiriwanMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 1Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage direkt neben dem Fluss, dem Tempel und den Märkten. Zudem war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Badezimmer ist insgesamt sehr dunkel gehalten. Da das Licht am Spiegel nicht ausreicht, ist die Beleuchtung zum Schminken oder Rasieren leider zu schwach.

Eigen niks.
