BARAKMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 13Upgraded us to a family suite (son celebrated his birthday) and gave us a bag of different snacks, really god hotel and a surprising to the better
Food requires a change - a strong minus for the breakfast
Loureen PMatkusti parina · Oct 9We attended a conference at the Empress Hotel next door. It was convenient to have this newer and more modern hotel next door. The staff, especially housekeeping, were wonderful.
Sadly, this part of Chiang Mai is not the best. We didn’t particularly like the dirty and smelly areas around. It doesn’t have a resort vibe.
JenniferMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 8Very large rooms with modern features, such as a tablet beside the bed that controlled the temperature and lights.
It was far from the old city which made it slightly inconvenient to get to the restaurants and sights we were interested in.

HaroldMatkusti yksin · Aug 27Great staff, very attentative to our needs and requests. Provided a room upgrade for us. Phenomenal pool area and generally very nice and modern facilities and rooms.
NirMatkusti yksin · Aug 30
