BarboraMatkusti parina · Sep 19I came here two years ago and really enjoyed my stay, so I decided to come back. I was very happy to see the quality didn't decline at all. The staff are so friendly and awesome, they make the place feel so comfortable, and they go above and beyond to make their guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is phenomenal! Water, snacks, coffee, tea are provided 24/7. The neighborhood offers tons of massage parlors, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops etc. If I go back to Chiang Mai, I will probably stay at BED Nimman again.

I booked this hotel after seeing it recommended so many times online, but I was shocked by how poor the facilities were. I wouldn’t even call it a hotel—it felt more like a cheap guesthouse. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The room was extremely dirty, and the shower area was disgusting, with limescale all over the floor. Strangely, the washbasin was right next to the bed, and there was hardly any storage space.
MichaelMatkusti yksin · Aug 17The staff is ultra friendly, the room is big and comfy, the location is perfect (closed enough to walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops while being in a quiet street)
The hotel is closed to the airport meaning that you hear the planes, it's unavoidable, but not a big issue as such if you sleep with hear plug

房間洗手臺深度不夠，再小心水還是會濺出，跟浴室分開不方便。
ClareMatkusti yksin · Aug 12The staff were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible.
NoorMatkusti ryhmässä · Aug 3The location was great and very central. The best part was the staff and how friendly they were, also the rooms were extremely clean and I had a very comfortable stay.
Increase variety of breakfast options to accommodate different dietary requirements, for example I don’t eat pork
