There were ants in the room despite not eating in there but the housekeeping staff were on to it like lightning

EdwardMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 7Our stay was exceptional thanks to the quietness of the neighbourhood, excellent cleanliness, and polite and helpful staff.The convenient location kept us close to a shopping mall and various food outlets, while the room itself was fully equipped for comfort with great air conditioning, comfortable bedding and pillows, ample clothes hanging space, a large fridge, and a microwave.

JirapornMatkusti parina · Aug 22The hotel is opposite the Central shopping mall, but deep in the alley. The front desk staffs are helpful. The aircon in our room took forever to cool down, not sure it is broke. Staff offers us another room to stay but that room's smell was so bad. We decided to stay in our room. At the end, staff gave us a fan, it helps.
The bathroom is quite bare minimum.

Would have improved on the pillows, more pillows would have been nice and a comfotable thick matress. Other than that, great stay!

aircond bilik 511 kurang sejuk, bilik mandi tidak soundproof dengan bilik sebelah mandi kalau boleh dibaiki.,
