Everything required a wait. Check-in, checkout, picking up bags and any request would take ages to complete.

AndriienkoMatkusti yksin · Sep 11Unfortunately, our overall impression of the hotel service was very disappointing. At check-out, we asked for just 10 additional minutes, but our request was immediately refused without any attempt to accommodate us. Moreover, the receptionist communicated with us in an unfriendly and impolite manner, constantly responding with a visibly annoyed attitude, which made every interaction with the front desk unpleasant. When we wanted to extend our stay, the process took an unnecessarily long time. In the end, we were quoted a price almost twice as high as the rate we originally paid. This seemed very strange and gave us the impression that we were simply being charged significantly more without any reasonable explanation. We also accidentally lost a massage voucher that we had never used. We asked the reception if they could check the information and help us resolve the situation. Unfortunately, they simply refused to assist us and made no effort to look into the matter or offer any possible solution. Another unpleasant situation happened at check-out. During our stay, some of our belongings, including a checkered beach bag provided by the hotel, went missing while we were at the beach. Despite explaining the situation, we were still required to pay 200 THB for the bag. Of course, we understand that hotels may have policies regarding lost items, but considering the circumstances and the way the situation was handled, it left an unnecessarily negative final impression. Overall, the most disappointing part of our stay was not the hotel itself, but the attitude and level of service at the reception. Guests should at least be able to expect basic politeness, willingness to help, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, throughout several different situations, we repeatedly felt that the receptionist had no interest in helping or finding reasonable solutions. Unfortunately, this level of service significantly affected our overall experience at the hotel

Il y a un taxi qui vous emmène en ville, nous avons validé trois nuits, il y a juste un soir, ils ne sont pas passés

It’s is steep but short so could walk it easily but they have an hourly courtesy vehicle to and from the resort which is very convenient. Our rooms were facing the pool which was very nice with private balconies. The rooms were clean & spacious. The pool is amazing with lots of different sections to explore. The buffet Breakfast was very good best yet for us in Phuket region. I would happily recommend this Hotel to couples & families alike.
$300Aud deposit cash - I asked if they could just hold one of our passports instead as I was short on cash they said no unlike other hotels which always accept passport instead of deposit they said if they put it on my card it will take up to 3 weeks to come back to me -no thank you! Also lawns need trimming - a bit overgrown & unkept

Mirosea a mucegai in camera, le-am scris continuu dupa aplicatia booking si nu mi-au raspuns, noroc cu baiatul de la receptie Mohit care a salvat in nenumarate ocazii situatiile generate. Te obliga sa fumezi in anumite locuri, nu ai voie sa fumezi pe balcon, nu exista intimitate intre tine si vecin , vezi in toate balcoanele fara stres si daca te apleci putin vezi si in camerele vecinilor.
