Poikkeuksellinen · 536 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoMost reviews are glowing about the hotel, rooms and staff, producing a very positive overall experience; a minority of serious negative incidents (odour/air freshener, maintenance noise, poor complaint recovery) reduce the score slightly.
Siisteys9,0
Multiple guests describe the property as very clean and well maintained (German and Arabic reviews). A few reports note strong air freshener use in a room and a single review mentioned many insects, which slightly reduces the score.Palvelu9,6
Staff are repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful and attentive (daily room service, super friendly reception). There are isolated serious service failures (manager handling of a complaint, no follow-up to emails), but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.Sijainti9,3
Location is frequently praised: beachfront, right on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. However several guests note the local beach condition is poor (sediment, trash), which tempers the score.Huone9,6
Rooms are described as large, exclusive and comfortable (private pools, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds). A few notes mention tired rooms or noisy maintenance/AC in isolated cases, but room quality is a clear strength.Mukavuudet9,4
Strong amenities reported: private pools, high-end facilities (compared to Four Seasons), champagne at breakfast and reliable in-room services. Minor negatives relate to maintenance noise and insect presence in some rooms.Hinta-laatusuhde8,8
Generally guests feel the property is high-end, but some comment that breakfast and certain experiences did not match five-star expectations; combined with isolated service failures and insects, value perception is slightly lower.Ruoka ja juoma8,6
Several guests praise a versatile and tasty breakfast (even champagne offered), but others find breakfast underwhelming or limited compared with expectations—mixed sentiment overall.
