Sally-AnneMatkusti parina · Oct 7The rooms were very nice, the pool was beautifully clean and the staff were amazing. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast though. Wow wow wow. We didn’t need to eat again until evening.
The location at the top of the hill means you have a spectacular view, but you rely on a shuttle bus to get you up and down, if you don’t have own transport. But the service is great and we never had to wait for the shuttle bus - it always came within a couple of minutes

The property has breakfast each morning with was great. They also have a gym with a sauna and steam room which was awesome. The property is clean and quiet. The front desk staff was attentive.
TomMatkusti yksin · Sep 13Arguably the best view from any hotel on samui. You are higher than the aircraft coming in and have a great view of ko pha ngan . The breakfast was limited to a choice of 4 with drinks, smoothies of choice but the quality was A1 and very tasty. Staff all polite and likable. Gym absolutely brilliant, better than gym at home. Has a steam room and amazing sauna that we used every day. The bar had a dj with eclectic tunes that really gave the area an amazing vibe mixed with a mojito .
We had an apartment with pool access, could of been slightly bigger but still a good size. The only downside to this hotel is you have to get a hotel buggy to deliver and collect you up the enormous steep sloped hill. Its a little scary and not for weak hearted, if you do not like heights this hotel is definitely not for you.

A savoir l’accès pentu en voiture ou scooter à l’établissement On a choisi de ne plus en ressortir tellement on y était bien 🤩

Purtroppo sono tante le cose: 1) pulizia camera non ottimale (avevo dei ciuffi di capelli nella doccia e delle goccioline sul gabinetto); 2) alcuni dei dipendenti hanno un inglese incomprensibile; 3) posizione sopra un'altura che rende scomodo il servizio taxi/bolt (sebbene va detto che l'hotel offre una navetta che ti scende sulla strada principale); 4) regole troppo ferree nella zona piscina: un giorno eravamo seduti in 3 su una panchina da 2 (lo abbiamo fatto perchè era l'unico modo per goderci il drink tutti insieme stando a bordo piscina) e hanno fatto alzare uno dei 3, un altro giorno la mia ragazza era in costume durante l'orario dell'aperitivo e le hanno chiesto di vestirsi; 5) in generale poco inclini a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente, se non espressamente previste dalle loro regole interne (ad esempio una mattina avevo bisogno della colazione al sacco e ho dovuto quasi litigare per ottenerla, ma alla fine non ho potuto scegliere cosa prendere).

De locatie was minder omdat het op een berg is.

De weg naar het hotel was erg stijl. Kan een nadeel zijn.
