Erittäin hyvä · 289 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall positive experience: good value, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with strong amenities. Some negatives (location relative to city centre, breakfast preferences, thin walls, bathroom slipperiness) moderate the stay but do not dominate guests' impressions.
Siisteys8,2
Rooms repeatedly described as clean and well kept; however reviewers mention a very slippery bathroom floor (one guest fell) and occasional housekeeping disturbances, so overall cleanliness is good but with safety/noise issues.Palvelu8,9
Staff frequently praised as friendly and accommodating (helpful at late check-in, welcoming reception). Some operational issues noted (housekeeping knocking before 8 AM, occasional communication problems), but overall service sentiment is clearly positive.Sijainti8,1
Conveniently located near Kaset BTS, main road (not noisy), and many amenities (7‑Eleven, pharmacies, coffee shops). Multiple reviewers note it is somewhat far from the city centre / a bit out of the way for some purposes.Huone8,0
Rooms described as large, spacious and generally nice with good TV/ Wi‑Fi; some guests enjoyed big comfortable beds while a few complained beds were very hard and walls are thin leading to noise from adjacent rooms.Mukavuudet8,6
Good amenities cited: a large, well‑maintained pool, hotel Wi‑Fi (TV streaming), daily bottled water, nearby shops and an eco‑friendly policy. Laundry noted as available but relatively expensive.Hinta-laatusuhde8,7
Multiple guests called the price ‘absolute ok’ and felt the room quality, size and cleanliness offered good value. Some extras (breakfast charge, laundry cost) reduce perceived value slightly but overall value sentiment is strong.Ruoka ja juoma7,6
Mixed feedback: breakfast praised by some (wide choice, omelette station) but criticized by others as not oriented to Western tastes and often charged extra; laundry/restaurant communication issues mentioned.

GeorgesMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 28This hotel is ideally placed to reach the Kasetsart University and is located close to the BTS line so it is very practical for travels related to university stays or visits or for other work activities nearby. The hotel is quite big and comfortable for this purpose, with very good attention and help from the personnel. I personally stayed there 3 times between July and August 2026 and I would return there if I had to go again to the Kasetsart University. the hotel is far from the city center (at least 1 hour by BTS) and there is not much to see around, but this is known when deciding to stay there. The prices are very affordable.
The only disappointing aspect is the breakfast that was very basic for a continental breakfast, not much to choose and not much quantity, with a bit more of asian products indeed. I tried the pool as well, reasonable but nothing pleasant to see, certainly not a "garden".
