LisaMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 14Eine sehr geräumige Suite mit 2 Balkonen und toller Aussicht. Hervorragendes Personal, Wünsche im Vorfeld wurden alle erfüllt. Gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten noch nachmittags Snacks und abends 2 Stunden Getränke gratis. Poolbereich ist schön und eine angenehme Abkühlung. Lage Verkehrsgünstig, direkt am Skytrain.
Die Dusche ließ sich kaum einstellen, eine unfreiwillige Wechseldusche aus zu kalt und zu warm. Die große Baustelle nebenan ist störend und wird perspektivisch die Aussicht einschränken.

ทำเลที่พักจริงๆก็ดีมากน่าเสียดายที่ช่วงนี้มีก่อสร้างด้านหน้าแม้จะก่อสร้างได้ดีและเรียบร้อย แต่ก็จะทำให้ซอยดูเหงาไปหน่อย

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The overall standard of the accommodation did not meet my expectations, especially considering the amount of money I paid. I expected a much more luxurious and high-quality experience. In my opinion, the hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Bangkok.

StephanieMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 10The location is very convenient. It’s near the BTS although not connected so you have to walk 3 mins unsheltered. Which is fine except for the heavy rains happening at the moment.
The breakfast staff aren’t very attentive, sorry to say. For 2 mornings in a row, I ordered some eggs off the menu (no special off menu order) and they only came after 10/15 mins after I asked them again. It’s not even that the kitchen was backed up because both times, other tables got their order of eggs first. This is why my score is not a 9 or 10. Also, the pool is opened at 7 but when we went at 8.30am, there was no one around to provide the towels. The staff came after 10 mins and left again and when we wanted another towel had to wait again for a while before someone returned.
