PAULMatkusti yksin · Aug 3I have about 10 times at your hotel. Staff is excellent. This is the 1st. my room has a safe, that is very important to me. Your lobby door should have a PUSH / PULL sign. I see alot of customers struggling with the door because a simple sign. How come nobody has done anything about it. Its not very observant of all your to have done what I'm asking to do. A simple sign on both sides. By the way, you 2 doors in question. Do all rooms have safe? I been over 12 times, I never had a safe. Your cleaning or housekeeping are the best in Thailand. Room was beyond basic. No bedside tables, no bedside lamps or light switches next to bed (so you had to turn lights off by door and the use phone torch to find your way back to bed in darkness). No drawers to put clothes in, just a rail with three hangers to hang clothes, no kettle or tea / coffee facilities, no hairdryer, no headboard. Decor scratched, and terrible drain smell in bathroom. There are much better hotels for the money in the immediate area.
