She appeared to have little understanding of the benefits offered by Booking.com to Genius Level 3 members. When I explained that my reservation included the Late Check-Out benefit, her response was that the hotel did not recognize or honor these benefits. I find this attitude unacceptable, especially when guests book through a platform that offers specific benefits to its loyal members. As a result of this disappointing experience and the unprofessional way I was treated, I have decided that I will not return to this hotel in the future, nor will I recommend it to others.

HatimMatkusti yksin · Oct 8El personal de recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesitas. Hasta me despertaban por la mañana para ir a las actividades que tenía. Desayuno también muy bueno y los camareros y cocina dispuestos a ofrecerte siempre todo.
Se podría mejorar que el aire acondicionado haga menos ruido.

Some items in the rooms were for sell in other hotels its for free, slipper , umbrella and others Buffet timing is little early it should be till 11 AM

الحي شعبي قليلاً لكن سوف اعود مره اخرى للفندق

عدم وجود شفاط والدخول اليه غير جميل
