Ruhige aber zentrale Lage.

Cleaning,,no balcony,noisy fans,

Nous avons passer un super séjour. L'endroit est très bien situé et l équipement du bungalow est nickel le lit très confortable la douche avec pression et eau chaude et avec une pisicine bar pour boire des coups dans l'eau. Je recommande fortement !

The facilities were a little tired. For the price point in lamai it’s decent value but there were easy things to remedy that just weren’t taken care of. The bed had 1 pillow each; which were lumpy and the covers stained. The bed sheets / bottom sheet was stained. We did smell them and they smelled clean but didn’t give a good 1st impression. The place was covered in mosquitos and bugs due to being on standing water and the staff spent all day at the hotel but appeared to do nothing. The paint / fixtures / fittings and furniture was tired and could benefit from a refresh. Same for the outside area. If you’re planning not to spend much time here,it’s in the right location but not much else going for it other than being the gateway for all lamai has to offer

Absolutely everything! Owners, Jeff and Moo were very helpful, always ready to answer any question, they helps us arrange a transport across the island and hire a scooter. The accommodation was spacious for 6 adults (bungalow 2), AC in every room, cleaned daily, all kitchen amenities provided, incl. fridges and freezers. Quiet location but very close - in walking distance to the main road and all tourist attractions, same to the beach so no taxi needed. Overall excellent accommodation in paradise garden. Thanks Jeff and Moo, you were fantastic hosts 👍😘

Spitzenklasse Preis-Leistung – Absolute Empfehlung für Lamai!Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in den Ausieland Bungalows. Die Bungalows selbst sind sehr groß, geräumig und mit allem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Sogar Netflix ist vorhanden, was man im schönen Koh Samui aber eigentlich gar nicht braucht. Nach unseren vorherigen 12 Nächten auf Koh Phangan waren die Betten hier ein absoluter Traum – wir haben fantastisch geschlafen!Die Lage ist perfekt: In zweiter Reihe zur Hauptstraße gelegen, ist es absolut ruhig und ohne jeden Lärm. Trotzdem ist man in wenigen Gehminuten mitten im Zentrum von Lamai, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie 7-Eleven oder Big C sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt; der Weg zum Bungalow führt idyllisch durch eine Art kleinen Dschungel. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt.Auch für Beschäftigung der Kinder war bestens gesorgt: Der kleine Pool und die Tischtennisplatte (inklusive Schlägern und Bällen) wurden von den Kleinen begeistert genutzt.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach Spitzenklasse. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch, nach einer kurzen Aufwärmphase die Gastgeber Jeff und Moo näher kennenzulernen. Es war am Ende richtig schade, dass wir schon abreisen mussten, da wir die beiden gerne noch besser kennengelernt hätten. Sollte es uns wieder nach Lamai verschlagen, ist diese Unterkunft definitiv unsere erste Wahl! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Mathias, Heike und die Kinder

Après mûre réflexion, pas grand-chose !

La gérante était vraiment désagréable, très peu serviable et limite vous crie dessus quand on lui pose des questions. Je confirme donc ici certains commentaires dessus, que je voulais ignorer en réservant ce bungalow. Le logement était vétuste, sale et sentait vraiment mauvais. Les matelas affreux, très durs. En 5 jours de séjour, pas une seule fois, il n’y a eu de ménage. Les mobiliers dans un état plus que pitoyable. On a eu une coupure d’eau pendant 2 heures sans qu’on nous prévienne. Quand je le signale, hurlement de la gérante ça envers son équipe et agacement envers nous même. Elle nous a remballé comme des malpropres quand on a voulu lui laisser les clés pour convenance personnelle (une seule clé pour 5 membres de famille, pas pratique de s’organiser) Bref, j’ai pris le temps de tout décrire car pour la Thaïlande, c’est la seule mauvaise expérience que nous avons eue. Je ne voulais pas croire aux commentaires que j’ai lu avant de réserver mais ils s’avéraient tous conformes. Séjour août 2026.

La struttura si trova molto vicino alla zona dei locali di Lamai. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo visto i costi delle altre strutture di questa zona di Koh Samui.

Scarsa manutenzione della proprietà e scarsa pulizia dei locali, anche se bene o male l'avevamo capito dalle varie recensioni. Appena entrati in stanza abbiamo dovuto eliminare svariate zanzare visto che sia la porta d'ingresso che le finestre erano aperte.

Près de la plage

Fuite d'eau du siphon de la cuisine, avec bac à vider plusieurs fois par jour (sans avoir été informés) + Fuite dans la salle de bain: pas très écolo. 1 seule plaque qui fonctionnait et pas de grosse casserole.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful place on Koh Samui, and we were truly impressed by the warm hospitality and kindness we experienced. Jeff, who is Australian, and his Thai wife, Mui, are absolutely wonderful people. From the very beginning, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable, almost like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. Mui is an incredibly kind and genuine woman. She shared so much with us about Thai culture, traditions, local life, and many other interesting things. We really appreciated her warmth, openness, and the time she took to talk with us. It made our stay even more special and gave us a much deeper connection to Thailand. Jeff was always attentive to every detail and genuinely cared about his guests. He was constantly making sure that everything was perfect and helped us with many little things during our stay. Whenever we needed something, he was there to help and find a solution. What makes this place truly special is not only the beautiful surroundings, but especially the people. The kindness, personal attention, and genuine hospitality of Jeff and Mui made our stay unforgettable. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and for giving us such a beautiful experience on Koh Samui. We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️
