Insects were a regular issue throughout my stay, and the management and owner were extremely dismissive of my concerns. At times, their behaviour felt discriminatory and possibly racially motivated, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my entire stay. On my very last day, the owner noticed an injury on my leg, and when I explained that I had been in a motorcycle accident, she loudly replied, “GOOD,” and laughed. I found this response incredibly insensitive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I have been nothing but polite and respectful to everyone at the establishment, despite barely interacting with anyone due to the language barrier and the way I was treated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed. I believe every guest deserves to be treated with basic respect and dignity, and my experience fell far short of that standard.

The cleanliness could be improve
GholamrezaMatkusti parina · Aug 25There was a recurring noise throughout the day and night, as if a water pump was starting every few seconds, causing the pipes in the building to vibrate and make noise. It was quite disturbing, especially at night.
