Unfortunately, my stay at Peach Hill Resort was disappointing, particularly given its 4-star rating. Throughout my stay, I experienced repeated issues with the air conditioning, which I reported to hotel staff on at least three occasions. Despite raising the issue multiple times, staff were reluctant to offer me an alternative room and instead insisted on sending maintenance staff into my room to attempt repairs. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially during such a short stay. The overall condition of the hotel also fell below my expectations for a 4-star property. Many of the facilities appeared outdated, poorly maintained, and not everything was functioning as it should. Additionally, I found dirty pillows in my room, which raised concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and housekeeping standards. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located close to Kata Beach, which was one of the few highlights of my stay. Overall, while the location is good, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service need significant improvement. Based on my experience, the hotel does not currently meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star establishment.

PetrMatkusti parina · Oct 14Чистые номера, уборка хорошая, ТВ с ютюбом, холодильник и сейф. Цена неплохая за данное расположение. Рядом и Ката и Карон. Можно дойти за 5-7 минут и отдохнуть на обоих пляжах.
Сломана дверь в туалет из-за этого не закрывалась до конца. Смеситель еле держался. Хорошо бы пригласить слесаря и починить несколько мелочей. Последние 100 метров до отеля крутой подъем.

The steep uphill walk to the hotel is very exhausting in the heat, especially during a long stay. On two consecutive mornings, I was woken up at 6:40 a.m. by phone calls from reception due to a technical issue that was never resolved, forcing me to unplug the phone. Ordering room service was impossible throughout my entire 11-day stay, and there was constant construction noise from morning until evening.

Very disappointing experience. We booked the Deluxe Avenue Wing, but upon arrival, we were told it was under renovation. Why was it available to book on Booking.com? Check-in took almost an hour, despite arriving at the scheduled time. We were moved to Peach Blossom, which was cheaper than the room we booked, and the room had a poor view and was uncomfortably hot. The lift also did not work properly, making it difficult with children. Housekeeping was terrible. For three days, our bedsheets were not changed, and fresh towels and bottled water were not provided, despite requesting room cleaning. We had to keep calling reception for basic necessities. Breakfast was very poor, and the overall service was far worse than during our previous stay. We also requested a late checkout, offering to pay 50% for an additional four hours, but the hotel refused and wanted to charge us the full amount. This is not the same Peach Hotel we visited before. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience have seriously deteriorated. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

On a very steep hill which makes it very tricky to get in and out of, especially walking. We were moved to a different room due to construction which was very far away from the main entrance which was annoying. No wifi password on any of the notes or information in the room. They say to contact the WhatsApp but don’t get back to you.
NeroMatkusti yksin · Oct 8The location was near a lot of activities I enjoy (Beach, Hiking trail to Big Buddah, Authentic Thai Restaurants). Hotel provided a ride to the beach and airport. Price was really reasonable for what you get. A for AMAZING Experience. Highly Recommended!
The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

We loved the restaurant A Picnic and a Blanket which was a very easy stroll from the resort. Unfortunately there was noisy construction work across the road but the staff kindly moved us to the other side of the resort which was so kind and a much better experience.
There is a steep hill which can be a bit exhausting to climb but on the plus side it was good for our fitness.
