We loved Mrs Prakong, the villa manager who helped us coordinate and organise our group activities and Soony the owner who met us and sorted a few issues for us so quickly (ie WIFI not working for the teens amongst us).

Maybe too much chemicals in pool water

Regular trouble with the wifi. Some noise of a near mosque.
KateMatkusti perheen kanssa · Jun 11Absolutely huge, beautiful spacious Villa inside and out. Pool was immaculate, very clean. We enjoyed watching the daily rain storms from the covered areas. Each room had mosquito plug for wall to keep them away. Aircon worked well (although fan very loud!). Modern, comfortable. Felt relaxed and at home. The Villa manager was very helpful and attentive. Our 3 young children loved the grass and pool area.
Perhaps a little more privacy would have been good but I understand they were trying to ensure a positive stay. Sometimes it felt a little intrusive at times (ie when I was walking around with not much on!)

The place was clean, the pool was great, and everything was well-maintained. But what truly made the difference was the manager, Prakong. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to assist us with organizing activities and transportation, making our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t recommend this place any more, would definitely stay again if I came back to Krabi. Absolutely loved my stay

MariannMatkusti ryhmässä · Jan 7The villa is a great and beautiful place to rest in the business of the Ao Nang area, secluded but still in short distance to Nopparat beach and the nightmarket. Good size on the rooms and the outdoor space. The pool was great and cleaned daily. The manager Madame Prakong was always available to help us out with booking of trips, transportation or other services or activities. All in all we are very happy with our stay.
Missed a dishwasher and a laundry machine in the villa. It would also have been great to have coffe available daily (consider the high price over christmas). Also missed the option of easy ordering breakfast.
