Demolition is the action needed.

I now pay much less at a competing condo next door, and much nicer. I think the Beachfront hotel is about $10 for the room and $24 for the view, which expires within 10 minutes of arrival. Nice people running it, but it is very tired. My view was of a junk cluttered ally. The only way to fix it is demolition.

พนักงานเป็นหญิงสูงอายุ ช่วยยกกระเป๋าขึ้นไปวางให้หน้าห้องที่เปิดแอร์ไว้เย็นฉ่ำ wifi ใช้ได้ มีเก้าอี้นั่งชายหาดให้อีก 2 ตัว ดีตรงที่เดินข้ามถนนก็ถึงชายหาด ทะเล

1. ห้องพักอยู่ชั้นบนของตึกแถวเก่าๆ ชั้นล่างเป็นร้านขายอาหารตามสั่ง ต้องเดินผ่านโต๊ะอาหาร ห้องน้ำชั้นล่าง ไปขึ้นบันไดเก่าๆ.. 2. ทีวีดูไม่ได้ สายเคเบิ้ลเสีย 3. ที่นอน หมอนเป็นก้อนๆ ต้องเอาผ้านุ่มๆพัน พอนอนได้ 4. ห้องน้ำ มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ฝักบัวผนังบางจุดมีสีดำๆ แม่บ้านบอกล้างไม่ออก โถชักโครกโยกเยก ต้องทำใจ 5. ไม่มีราว ที่ตากผ้าเช็ดตัว ชุดว่ายน้ำเปียก 6. ที่วางกระเป๋า โต๊ะ น้อยไป 7. ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ต้องจอดข้างถนนหน้าร้าน

Un petit hotel plein de charme

Un hôtel en front de mer, tenu par un couple d'une exceptionnelle gentillesse. Le mari (français), son épouse thaïlandaise et tout le personnel sont pleins de petites attentions, toujours prêts à plaisanter. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de chambres, ce qui est un gage de tranquillité. Si la plage (en face de l'hôtel) est trop encombrée, un petit parcours en scooter vers le nord permet d'accéder à des endroits plus tranquilles et à l'abri du vent parfois fort. Wi fi impeccable, petit déjeuner très correct. Le restaurant propose des plats parfaitement confectionnés (la présence de nombreux clients "extérieurs" semble en être la preuve) Location de scooters à l'hôtel.

Tout est améliorable et le diable se cache dans les petits détails (prises électriques un peu trop lache, manque de réfrigérateur, quelques vieux fils restent accrochés aux murs...). On voit que l'hôtel a été repris depuis peu, bien retapé et que les choses s'arrangent peu à peu. Franchement rien de rédhibitoire.
