AndreasMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 25Was etwas schadet ist, dass man hier beim buchen zwar viele Fotos sieht, diese aber von mehreren unterschiedlichen Villen stammen. Man weiß also nicht, welche der abgebildeten Villen man erhält. Jene die wir hatten war zwar sehr geräumig, aber die Ausstattung doch schon recht alt und auch sehr abgewohnt. Positiv war auf jeden Fall, dass man jeden Tag Wasser Flaschen bekommen hat und auch neue Handtücher.
Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach. Es war sauber, aber doch schon recht abgewohnt. Neben der Anlage werden neuen Villen gebaut, was bedeutet viele Baustellen. Es war da aber als wir dort waren keine Aktivität und alles ruhig.

KarineMatkusti yksin · Aug 7La villa est belle, spacieuse, bien placée lorsque vous avez un véhicule. Le personnel est facilement joignable et répond rapidement en cas de besoin.
Ne pas savoir que l'électricité et l'eau sont à payer en plus en fin de séjour. Le montant payé pour la location est déjà suffisamment élevé, il devrait inclure un forfait. Et surtout, cela n'est mentionné nulle part ni sur Booking ni sur le règlement de la villa.

The villas in the photos are not what was supplied. The rentals are at the Sivana Garden Villas, which are an older, and not well maintained. The was no hot water in the shower on arrival, the gas for the cooker was not turned on, the water for the laundry was not turned on. We had to call the desk for everything we tried to use. The jacuzzi in the very small pool was not working, either. The rooftop has no furniture, so you can step up there for the view and take photos...but that's about it. To top it off, they tried to charge me 3,700 TBH for water and electric when we checked out, but that was supposed tone included with a short-term two night stay. This was a budget villa at a luxury villa price!
