Kein Toilettenpapier im Bad. Klobrille lose. Wasserhahn-Halterung fehlt. Bettdecke mit Flecken. Nachttisch nur auf einer Bettseite. WLAN völlig unbrauchbar für Video-Calls. Zugang über enge Gasse. Zimmertür nur manuell absperrbar (kein Selbstschließen). Strom fällt aus sobald die Keycard entfernt wir, unpraktisch beim kurzen Verlassen des Zimmers.

Good Location, Nice staff. Room size normal.

Very expensive for what it promises. The photos of the place are shot very carefully to make it look very nice and hide everything else. The pool is tiny and therefore not usable. You don't get the rooms you were promised. We had a big cockroach in our room the first day. The staff suggested first only to remove it. Then we persisted on getting a new room and they at least kindly moved things around to make the room switch possible and finally took the problem seriously. We stayed in 3 rooms total in our stay and all of them were okay clean, but not as clean as you'd expect for the money. (a few spots on towels, bathroom not super clean, little bit of trash under the bed and so on ) Overall okay for a few days stay, but not super comfortable.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in! Room was clean, staff were really helpful and hotel was well located, also a short walk from the main road so not much noise. Great value for money.

The room needed a wardrobe or somewhere to store some clothes. We only stayed for 2 nights so wasn’t the end of the world, but would’ve made the stay more comfortable.

Très déçue par cet établissement, que je n’appellerais pas un hôtel. Les photos sont trompeuses : le logement ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui est annoncé en termes de confort, de qualité, de propreté et d’accessibilité. Par où commencer : • Le logement est situé dans une longue ruelle sombre, entre des bâtiments et des poubelles. J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l’entrée, car je ne pensais sincèrement pas qu’un hébergement puisse se situer dans un endroit pareil. • Je devais payer 84 € sur place à mon arrivée, mais j’ai découvert des frais annexes non annoncés, pour un total de 90,92 €. • Je n’ai pas été avertie de l’absence d’ascenseur. Ma chambre se trouvait au 4ᵉ étage et je voyageais avec une grosse valise. • Les escaliers et les couloirs témoignent d’un bâtiment clairement mal entretenu : marches cassées, plinthes arrachées ou décollées des murs. • La chambre est très différente des photos : murs délabrés, peinture abîmée, taches d’humidité, lampe de chevet cassée et non fonctionnelle, étagères et table de chevet endommagées et infestées de fourmis. • Le lit est extrêmement inconfortable et très dur. • La salle de bains était peu propre, avec également des traces d’humidité. Je suis choquée par cette annonce qui n’est clairement pas conforme à la réalité. Au vu de ces éléments, j’espère qu’un dédommagement ou un geste commercial pourra être envisagé.
