PanayiotisMatkusti parina · Oct 15Second time here. Great views, comfortable spacious rooms - some with spa bath on the balcony. Nice pool with great views but not very deep.
On check out a fuss was made about a missing spoon ( which wasn’t missing). Quite unnecessary and slightly ridiculous.
AyushMatkusti yksin · Oct 12Resort was wonderful
The staff did not give us 2 towels. At the time of checkout they said they gave 2 towels and 1 is missing. They said we should have informed them earlier. So as per them it's missing and we should pay for it. They took 500 bhat for one towel which is way too much. We had to pay them at the end. But we know that it's a scam. Obviously they don't do this to their American and European guests. But since we were indians they decided to do this to us. So the resort is great but you might get scammed here. So if you are here staying here take a full video after checkin.

MariettaMatkusti ryhmässä · Sep 17The facilities.
Lack of attention to minute details, like replenish tissue paper/ toilet paper . Our room got clean around 4:30 in the afternoon, despite we have stayed in the pool as advised. There is only one chambermaid on that day .
JorgeMatkusti parina · Sep 15Breakfast, pool, the view.
Just a bit outdated. And there’s only one elevator which takes some time.
EdithMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 12The view is incredible and the room is nice and spacious. Room service was quick and yummy. We were able to shower + change after checkout due to having a night flight which was very helpful and appreciated.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable despite using extra pillows. Property is also not very handicap friendly due to all the stairs
