MewMatkusti ryhmässä · Sep 19- We loved how wheelchair-accessible the resort was overall, making it comfortable for elderly guests. - The size of the room and the bathroom was great also. - the pool - All staff were excellent, especially Khun อ๋อย Oiy was super helpful on our first day.
there are three areas that could be improved: 1. Room-to-restaurant access: Our beachfront room (GBO2) was very close to the restaurant on the right, but the steps made wheelchair access difficult. A ramp or step-free pathway would make a big difference. 2. Restaurant flooring: A few small steps and uneven levels inside the restaurant could be challenging for wheelchair users. Smooth, level flooring throughout would improve accessibility. 3. Bathroom accessibility: Installing grab rails beside the toilet would help elderly guests safely transfer between the toilet and wheelchair. The hotel staff were very helpful, and with their assistance, we managed to access the restaurant via the front of the hotel on our last day. With these improvements, the resort could offer an even more comfortable and accessible experience for elderly and wheelchair-using guests.

The area
IuliiaMatkusti ryhmässä · Dec 29A very nice hotel. The room was spacious and bright—it was truly comfortable to stay. The breakfast was a delight: varied, delicious, with a good selection. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff felt like they cared about their guests.
There were no toothbrushes in the room, so I had to go to the store late in the evening.

Första gången i Rayong så hade dålig koll, det är väldigt lugnt i området, vill man ha lite liv och rörelse åk någon annanstans eller ta en taxi, det händer alltså ingenting här 🙂
BogrenMatkusti parina · Jan 2Varannan dag kom det stora sällskap med 90-150 thailändare för konferans/kickoff. Sällskapen bodde på hotellet i 2 dagar, och så fort dem lämnade kom det nya stora sällskap. Varje dag avslutades med högljuda fester och middagar för dessa stora sällskap. Vilket gjorde det svårt att sitta på sin balkong och ta det lugnt. Festerna avslutades vid 22 tiden, men efterfester fortsatte på hotellrum och i bungalows fram till tidiga morgonen.
