KyraMatkusti yksin · Oct 9The resort is set in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by nature. The grounds are lovely, although some areas could use a little maintenance. The absolute highlight was the stuff, especially the housekeeping and restaurant teams. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. On our first evening, they even arranged to get some items from 7-Eleven for us, as the nearest shop is quite far away. We really appreciated this kindness and hospitality.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. We had no Wi-Fi for three consecutive days and experienced multiple power outages, including a scheduled outage from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and another unexpected one. This also meant no air conditioning or internet access. The restaurant frequently had many dishes out of stock, leaving very limited food options. Breakfast was basic, repetitive and lacked variety. The restaurant only opened for breakfast and again in the evening, closing as early as 7 p.m. We understand that we visited during the low season, but the extent of the restrictions was not communicated clearly before booking. Almost everything nearby was closed, and the resort offered no alternative activities, particularly during rainy weather. The remote location made the situation even more difficult. Taxi drivers were often reluctant to come all the way to the resort, making it hard to leave spontaneously. At times, we genuinely felt somewhat trapped, especially when there was no electricity, internet or anything else to do. The weather is obviously beyond the hotel’s control, and we fully understand that low season comes with limitations. However, guests should be informed about these conditions before booking. Had we known what to expect, we would not have booked this resort during the low season.

SanderMatkusti ryhmässä · Aug 14Very friendly staff, felt welcome right from the start . House was beautiful, swimming pool lovely and well maintained. Restaurant was very good. It was low season so it was quite, nevertheless the attention and daily maintenance of the property was done very well.

De lokatie was erg afgelegen, doordat het regenseizoen was, was het huren van een scooter niet aan re bevelen door de steile wegen. De jonge man bij het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ander personeel reageerde vaak niet wanneer je binnenkwam en bleven allemaal op hun telefoon kijken.
