Tekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall impression is positive mainly due to location, helpful staff and pool, but tempered by cleanliness and room-condition issues; many guests would return primarily for location.

Siisteys6,0
Mixed reports: some guests praised maids and clean rooms, but there were repeated issues (dirty shower water on occasions, ants at breakfast, grout crumbling in bathroom) indicating below-average cleanliness.
Palvelu8,8
Generally positive: staff described as helpful, friendly and attentive; housekeeping frequently praised and maids noted as fantastic.
Sijainti9,0
Consistently strong: many reviews highlight the very good/central location close to Soi Buakhao, party areas and local amenities.
Huone6,8
Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable but repeatedly described as dated and in need of renovation or refreshing (peeling, outdated furniture, small/tight bathrooms in places).
Mukavuudet7,6
Amenities mixed: the pool is praised and considered a highlight, but access can be inconvenient (standard rooms in separate building across road) and some facilities are tired/need updating.
Hinta-laatusuhde7,0
Borderline: several guests said the hotel offers reasonable value due to location and room size, but many noted more modern options at similar prices and that the property needs investment.
Ruoka ja juoma6,5
Weak to average: few guests tried food; notable negative incidents such as ants at breakfast and one report asking to improve food, lowering confidence in F&B.

Stay here!

I booked the Versace apartment and it was a super decision! The size of the apartment, the quality of the furnishings, two balconies, amazing bed, two aircon units, storage space, fabulous size spa and super hot water. The pool area was excellent, gym old skool and equipment adaptable. Breakfast included!!!Location suited me, 10min walk to beach. Staff kept the room spotless.

It took me a little bit to figure out how the taps worked in the bathroom, not uncommon for a new country. The light switches were confusing, soooo many which wasn't really a problem and the reception on the tv was hit and miss each day. No real issues of course.
