PhilippeMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 1As already explained by message to Bookings Customer the 2 room we booked at Mr Black Resort (1 standard, 1 superior) are not matching at all the quality standard we should expect for such high price: fridge not working, AC not working, water closet not functioning, bathroom not clean. we do not recommend this hotel that sshould never hev been proposed to me by Bookings.com in regards to the historical booking i made these past years

Door didn’t close tightly so rattled through the night. You could also hear everything going on outside all through the night too. Shower was quite cold. Only 3 sun loungers round the small pool.

The lack of running water at some point wasn’t great and if more toilet paper, cups, shampoo, shower gel etc was provided it would’ve excelled our stay

Rooms were quite dated. Only one key provided and a deposit of 500 THB is required if you want an additional key. The balcony door and the front door both had small gaps in them so the wind whistled through. The shower in the bathroom is open plan so every time we showered the entire bathroom was soaked. The water smelled funny.

Pláž před ubytováním byla velmi špinavá. Rozumím tomu, že se sezóně obrací proudy... větry a tak... ale v sousedním areálu pláž udržovali. U nás ani náznak snahy. Výhled na špinavou pláž narušoval jinak velmi dobré ubytování.
