Erittäin hyvä · 242 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoGenerally positive overall stays: safe for solo travellers, excellent location and friendly staff, though isolated significant issues (refund/double-booking) reduce consistency for some guests.
Siisteys7,5
Mixed comments: several guests praised clean rooms and daily cleaning, but others reported used/worn bedding, dusty floors and occasional ants in bathrooms — cleanliness is inconsistent.Palvelu8,5
Mostly positive — staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful and responsive; however there is at least one serious complaint about double-booking and an unreturned refund which indicates occasional major service failures.Sijainti9,5
Consistently praised: extremely close to Kamala beach, central with many restaurants, shops and easy walking distance — a clear strong point.Huone8,3
Generally spacious rooms with terraces and large bathrooms reported, but some guests noted worn furnishings, hard mattresses and bathroom fixtures needing refreshment (e.g. faulty cistern, transparent curtains).Mukavuudet8,9
Basic amenities appreciated (daily refills of tea/coffee/water, scooter rental availability, quiet location); however at least one booking issue referenced a missing/incorrectly represented pool for a different property.Hinta-laatusuhde9,2
Multiple guests described the hotel as good value and affordable; several explicitly noted ‘great value’ and satisfaction with price versus offering.Ruoka ja juoma8,7
Standard quality for this hotel tier — food and beverage not frequently mentioned; guests primarily used nearby restaurants and local massage/food options.

Soffi Chanchira LarsenMatkusti perheen kanssa · Apr 12The hotel had a double booking from me. We booked 3 rooms in Clear House Phuket but wanted to book at Clear House Resort with a pool. CH Phuket showet it has a pool on Google. It has not. They agreed to return the payment but still more than a week after I still haven't received the refund even though we've called them and they promised to confirm to Booking.com. We paid 37000tbh for 4 room at the CH Resort plus more than 22000bth for the first booking they wont refund. Now I have to file complaint about fraud to my bank but that doesn't guarantee a refund. Be careful paying for your bookings in advance at this place. I wouldn't recommend it.

I proprietari non parlavano molto bene inglese ma siamo riusciti a capirci comunque,in ogni caso gentilezza assoluta
LaurenMatkusti perheen kanssa · Mar 13The location of Clear Sands was amazing, it was everything I wanted. It is really close to the beach, a three/four minute walk. Restaurants are on your doorstep, as our trinket shops and massage parlours. I had the best massage of my 5 day stay at Anara massage, which is just opposite Clear House with a Lady called Nana. Wish I had gone there sooner! I was a solo female traveller and I felt very safe at Clear House. The rooms are all on one level and you have a little terrace which was lovely when you just want to take some time out of the sun. The room I had was spacious, the bathroom was also big. The rooms werer cleaned everyday and the tea and coffee and water were refilled which was a lovely touch. I really enjoyed my stay, I just wish it had been for longer!
