Very well equipped in all areas, kitchen has everything we needed, dining table is big enough to accommodate >10 people, TV has Netflix for couch potatoes, swimming pool is well-sized with frisbees and floats to play with! Furnishing is very modern and all areas of the villa were maintained in good condition, thumbs up for cleanliness! Khun Ann (host) and her housekeepers really did a great job in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay! She made sure the 2 baby cots that we requested were set up before our arrival, and she was super responsive whenever we asked questions through the chat! The housekeepers were also kind enough to buy breakfast for us in the morning, the food was cheap and good!! :)
The villa is located in the middle of nowhere, but that's not an issue if you have a car! The swimming pool has a ledge that is very slippery, a couple of us fell and injured ourselves, hopefully this can be resolved but of course we also have ourselves to blame for not being careful enough!

The location is bit far and no sign of hotel’s name. Only the number of the house is showing and if you come at night it’s difficult to see because there is no light around.
