Michael JordanMatkusti parina · Mar 4The rooms were a good size. We did get moved to a better room. Our first one had netting covering balcony. Beds were comfortable and lovely pillows. Very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You need transport really to stay here.
It's such a shame as this could be great. Location very quiet. Restaurant on site was terrible, how you can make Thai food bland is beyond me. Also food is not cooked at hotel. It also states private beach, there was sand but no way of getting onto beach. Spa well how you can call this spa hotel is wrong. There was a small room by beach. I had foot massage in a very uncomfortable chair. There was nothing relaxing like in a normal spa. This was way overpriced compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

PanidaMatkusti perheen kanssa · Aug 4ชอบพนักงานที่เป็นมิตร ครอบครัวบอกให้รีวิวให้ดีๆนะ เพราะพี่ๆเค้าน่ารักจริงๆ ช่วยถือกระเป๋าด้วย ส่วนที่พักจะติดทะเล(เล่นไม่ได้คลื่นแรง) สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด น้ำอุ่นๆ บรรยากาศตอนเช้าคืออากาศดี ลมเย็นๆ ดูพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น สวยงามมาก ทริปหน้าคงเลือกที่นี่ อาหารที่ชอบคือ ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเส้นใหญ่ผัดขี้เมา รสชาติอร่อยแบบไม่ต้องปรุง มีอ่างอาบน้ำด้วย 😍

Guests in the room above were talking loudly, walking about and moving furniture multiple times throughout the night every night.
The service is excellent. The improvement needed is the cleanliness of pillows and towels.
