Staff are wonderful and extremely polite. Thank you for your hospitality.
easy to find, friendly staff, good room, clean & cosy

We stayed here because of the event we attended in Impact Arena. I am so glad that I was able to find this place. Staff and housekeeping were so nice. They checked on us from time to time. If you're looking for coffee shops and fast food it is walking distance. They also have convenience store downstairs. Would love to stay here again when we go back.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. A lamp or a light switch near the bed and it would have been perfect. Had to get out of bed to turn light on/off.
The staff was always ready to help with luggage and taxi's
