Not good value for money, got a different room than I ordered. Smelled like a previois user, not fresh clean sheets. They dont take care, can use a sheet update and the blanket was the size for a single child. Embarrassing because basic minimum for a price like this should be. Skip it.

El cuarto que me dieron no era ninguno de las fotos. Estaba muy sucio, el cabecero de la cama tenía un plástico rarísimo y el baño estaba súper súper asqueroso.
Giulia S.Matkusti parina · Jan 31Soggiorno perfetto. Noi siamo rimasti una notte. Zona Chinatown raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Struttura molto semplice e alla buona. Situata in una zona molto local, di fronte c'è un bel canale e dal ponticello abbiamo assistito a un tramonto rosa spettacolare. Staff super friendly. Possibilità di lasciare le borse e usufruire del bagno in comune per rinfrescarsi prima e dopo il check-in/check-out. Camera e bagno super ok. Decisamente approvato.
AdrianMatkusti yksin · Jan 24Big room no. 1 upstairs + long balcony good to dry clothes but can be noisy since the windows are not double glazed facing the road ( motorbikes!! ). The room sliding glass doors to the balcony seemed not to lock properly ( too short ? ). Walking distance to Chinatown ( food options ) or Hua Lamphong main train station. I had no problem travelling cheaper on the back of a motorbike for a few miles towards attractions. Any issue just contact the property, they will try to assist ( the guy who's at the property every day might have a language barrier, he used the translator on the last day ;) )
It can be noisy

Property is advertised as Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and photos of two beds different colour bed sheets (made like two complete separate bed rooms on photo) but when we arrive there staff said it is only one room but double deluxe bed and one sofa mattress on the floor. Also argued as I am wrong. My argument is don’t advertise as double room and don’t put separate bed photos with different bed sheets to make it look like two separate beds. This is scamming. So very unprofessional.
