My family could not stay at this hotel. Just two hours after check-in, we had to move to another hotel. The staff said sorry, but it did not feel sincere. The room was dirty, poorly ventilated, and smelled bad. The toilet also had a broken drain cover.

A little bit noisy at night maybe because of the rooftop bar and I stayed at 5th floor

The cleanliness of housekeeping needs better improvement. Spider webs are visible in the washroom. Piping system might need some maintenance as one of our room had bad smell which we need to open the window to air the room. management can consider to put in some Sound proofing for rooms. We can hear kids playing and laughing from the next room.
