You need to have a personal car for easy commute
NiamhMatkusti parina · Jul 21This was the best place we stayed the entire trip. The staff were incredibly friendly the room was so spacious and the facilities were great! Everything you needed was at the resort which made for such a relaxing experience. Food was also fantastic. Swim up bar was also so fun. I did a cooking class which was a fun activity and the chef was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here the reception even organised a moped rental for us and it was so fun to ride around the rural surrounding areas and take in the nature surroundings ( there is also a 7/11 nearby which we went to lots) honestly would recommend staying here to everyone.
Not a bad thing - It can be tricky to get there if you don’t want to pay heaps. We were previously in Patong so caught the bus to Phuket airport and then got a bolt taxi from there to natai which worked out well. Not a negative just something to be mindful of as it isn’t in a easy to get to location but that’s also what makes it so great bc it feels like you are secluded! I’m pretty sure you can also arrange easy pick up and drop off from the airport with the hotel which would be a great idea ( we just didn’t do)

Having traveled to many hotels across the world , i think the breakfast at Natai lacks variety. Very poor breakfast. For the juices its seem they add water
