NickMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 8Booked 2 rooms at this hotel at 10.30pm for the following night but accidentally booked it for that night. I arrived at the hotel the following evening to be told that it was booked for the previous night and the cleaners had already cleaned the room (after us not staying). Was told if we wanted to stay we needed to pay again. The lady behind the desk was very unpleasant and seemed to enjoy pointing out my mistake. Booking.com messaged me weeks later to say they were trying to get the hotel to agree to refund the money but I have not yet heard anything back from them (this was weeks ago).

Très difficile de communiquer avec le personnel. Beaucoup de travaux autour de la piscine pendant notre séjour et piscine qui est le plus souvent a l'ombre et trop fraîche malgré la belle saison. Nous n'avons pas aimé le restaurant du tout.

Rien à dire sur l hôtel. Il est un peu excentré du centre ville de Ranong
