The swimming pool was not available the first 2 days of our stay and there was a water cut on the night before we left. The building looks quite old, so might be expected.

GaynorMatkusti parina · Oct 10Beautiful traditional old hotel in old city Chiang Mai. Decor is lovely with stained glass & wood carvings in spacious room, spa in bathroom. Staff are helpful, kind & friendly & we booked some tours with the hotel. Located well near cafes, 7/11 & restaurants & walk to main temple. Breakfast adequate selection & staff made us a breakfast box to take to the train.
We felt quite at home here, all good 😊
