Erittäin hyvä · 1 474 arvostelun perusteellaTekoälyn yhteenvetoOverall tilted positive: many guests report highly enjoyable stays, strong staff hospitality, and memorable views/sunset experiences; a minority experienced significant problems (maintenance, utilities, room mismatch) which temper the experience but do not dominate.
Siisteys7,4
Mixed signals: some guests praised cleanliness, but multiple reviews report strong negatives (sewage smell, poor maintenance, occasional water/electric cuts and generally under-maintained rooms). Reduced score to reflect these recurring hygiene/maintenance complaints.Palvelu10
Consistently very positive across reviews: staff repeatedly described as lovely, exceptionally welcoming and helpful; several guests explicitly 'highly recommended' due to the team's hospitality and helpfulness (including accommodating last-minute issues).Sijainti9,8
Generally excellent for views/sunset and cliffside position (many guests highlight spectacular sea views and sunset by the pool), though some find the hotel a bit remote/hard to reach and note limited free transfer options. Very strong overall but minor access negatives.Huone8,7
Mostly comfortable, spacious rooms reported with good amenities (some mention large rooms with bath and shower), but a few guests received rooms that didn't match photos or were poorly maintained. Score reflects overall comfort with occasional mismatches.Mukavuudet10
Very strong: multiple mentions of excellent facilities — pool, gym, yoga classes, ice bath, on-site massage — and overall well-maintained communal areas. Some disruption noted due to works at the pool, but core amenities are highly praised.Hinta-laatusuhde7,0
Recurring complaint: several guests feel the price is higher than comparable hotels in the area and not justified by the service/quality; issues like service interruptions and lack of included transfers reduce perceived value.Ruoka ja juoma8,5
Limited commentary on food quality; one clear negative about slow restaurant/breakfast service, otherwise few detailed mentions. Score reflects generally acceptable F&B with occasional service delays.

HaraldMatkusti perheen kanssa · Sep 18We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Hill Resort. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The entire property is beautifully maintained and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. What truly made this resort special for us, however, was the team. Rarely have we encountered such warm, friendly, and attentive staff. We never felt like just another guest. Instead, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The shuttle service to the beach and the 7-Eleven was very helpful and always nice. It was extremely reliable, convenient, and made getting around effortless. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would return without hesitation! ❤️
KerenMatkusti yksin · Sep 17beautiful resort clean and comfable rooms beautiful view but the location is a bit probermatic since it is located on hillr requiers and transport from the hotel to the main road The hotel provids free shutlle to the main road but only untill 17pm
RoniMatkusti parina · Oct 7
RotemMatkusti perheen kanssa · Oct 7
