Rooms are very basic and small. Not many facilities.

But overall good value with free snacks, coffee and soft drinks every day. Air conditioning took hrs to get the room cool and was noisy and woke me up every night

Sofa bed for extra guest, fridge, drinkable water, tissue, soap, towels, shampoo, air conditioning, Thai tv 📺
Unstable Internet but the owner offer discount for apologies. One foreign channel on TV would be a must because when the Internet is down it's the only entertainment. And the biggest disappointment is the difference between the picture and the real little house obtained.

It had seen better days. Inconvenient if you don’t have your own transport.
