จองห้องคอนเน็ค ไดร์เป่าผมใช้ไม่ได้ 1 ห้อง อีกห้องสภาพสายไฟแย่ / น้ำไม่ระบายจนมีกลิ่นเหม็นนอนไม่ได้ ต้องเดินลุยน้ำเข้าไปอาบน้ำ เช้ามาเจ้าหน้าที่อัพห้องย้ายให้ใหม่ 2 ห้อง มีสระหน้าห้อง ถือว่ารับผิดชอบดี แต่ตกกลางคืน ผู้เข้าพักต่างชาติ เสียงดังตั้งแต่ตี 4 เราทั้ง 2 ห้องโทรแจ้งจนท. เงียบไม่ถึงครึ่งชม. จนต้องเดินไปแจ้งกับฟร้อนท์ ถึง 2 รอบ รปภ.ก้อมา แต่จัดการอะไรไม่ได้ จนต้องไปเคาะห้องนั้นคุยเอง คำตอบจนท.บางคน ไม่มี service mind อ้างว่าห้องอื่นไม่ได้แจ้งเรื่องเสียงดัง แต่รับผิดชอบโดยการให้เช็คเอ้าท์ถึง 13.30 น.+บัตรส่วนลด 40% สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งหน้า / พนักงานห้องอาหารรอบเย็น ตอบคำถามลูกค้าแบบขอไปที น้ำเสียงกวนๆ บอกปัดว่าไม่รู้อย่างเดียว ไม่มี service mind เช่นกัน

We rented the “Villa” which turned out to be a room and not the expected home. The description Villa is irritating and not accurate. U will have neighbours in the floor above and next to u. The property is directly at the sea but swimming is not possible at all. It is a dump - bottles, plastic and all kind of scrap in the muddy sand. The reception is in the second floor which is stupidly.

We also had a great experience at the spa; the treatments were excellent. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from two locations in the city, which was very convenient and made getting around much easier.
On the downside, the restaurant food could have been better, though that may come down to personal preference. Also, if you order food from outside the resort, you'll need to collect it from the main gate, which is about a 5–10 minute walk from the room. One thing to keep in mind if you're booking a Skyview Pool Villa is that you'll need to climb a flight of stairs to access the room.

Wat ons betreft is dit hotel voor dat doeleinde perfect! Alles is hier tot in de puntjes geregeld, zoals je dat ook mag verwachten van een 5 sterrenhotel. We hebben genoten van de prachtige ruime kamers met tussendeur - ideaal voor gezinnen -, van het heerlijke ontbijt, het zwembad met cocktailbar en de massage (bijbetaling). Heerlijk ontspannen!
De nabije omgeving is niet echt pittoresk te noemen, maar dat hoeft wat ons betreft ook niet want je hebt op het resort alles. In de buurt zit overigens nog wel een klein haventje met een geweldig visrestaurant (Shell Tangkay). Daar hebben we twee avonden heerlijk gegeten.
